The site is also located along off Kampong Java Road in prime District 9 of Singapore. The site was en-bloc for $168 million, translated to a land rate of $1,626 psf per plot ratio (ppr), included a development charge of $21.26 million.
The upcoming residential development condo at Makeway Avenue is to be named and known as The Atelier.
The Atelier sits on a 41,582 sq ft, a freehold site that was zoned for residential use under the 2014 Master Plan. The residential site gross plot ratio of 2.8, to redeveloped and yield 120 residential units.
